Shelby Electric Company Hires Tommy Lewis as Chief Operating Officer
Memphis, TN — January 19, 2026
Shelby Electric announced today the appointment of Tommy Lewis as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective January 19, 2026. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of another local commercial & industrial electrical contractor. In his new role with Shelby Electric, Tommy will oversee operations, organizational scalability, and execution strategy as the company continues its growth trajectory.
“Tommy brings more than 35 years of industry experience and has proven himself a leader in operational excellence. He’s been successful at building high-performing teams and supporting sustainable growth. We are excited to have him join our company,” said CEO Cole Bryan.
As COO, Lewis will focus on scaling operations, improving processes, expanding markets, serving customers, and integrating groups working closely with the executive leadership team to bring alignment to the company’s long-term vision.
